Terrible service

Terrible service.
They shipped a Le Pera seat without mounting hardware. There was a hole in the bag and the little plastic bag with the bracket, washers, and bolts was missing.
Customer service told me that Le Pera seats don't usually come with their own brackets and that you are supposed to use the one from the stock seat.
The stock bracket doesn't fit at all so I contacted Le Pera directly. They advised that Revzilla's statement was untrue and that all their seats come with special brackets.
Le Pera stepped in and sent me the missing bracket but it's going to take weeks to get here.
That I am disappointed with Revzilla is a massive understatement.

They don’t have your items in stock but…

They don’t have your items in stock but prior to them shipping they “process” charge your card and then you are locked out from being able to cancel your order even though the order hasn’t shipped and isn’t planned to ship any time soon.
If you order two helmets they will keep the 2nd one until the 30 day return on the first one is up so if you were getting multiple helmets to try on (which I wasn’t) you can’t return it.
Shipping is ungodly slow ,
This place is managed by people that have no prior experience other than McDonald’s . , good marketing team though .

Customer for Life

I feel compelled to write a review for this company after having such a horrific experience with another online MC retailer. I was surprised to see the bad reviews, although I know its the bad experiences that compel most people to write reviews (me included) and studies have demonstrated this to be true. However I think Revzilla deserves a shout out for outstanding customer service in response to MY MISTAKE, in addition to their consistently super fast shipping, great video reviews of their product, and more. So I accidently returned the right glove of the Medium and Large sized pairs of gloves I got by mistake, thinking I had sent the left/right pair of Large gloves. I meant to keep both the right and left (of course) from the Medium sized gloves after buying two sizes of the same gloves because I wasn't completely sure of my size in this brand. SO MONTHS LATER AND WELL PAST THEIR RETURN DATE RANGE I discovered the issue, I had put them away and got busy so I didn't have time to ride. Their inspection team at the warehouse missed it as well, so I guess they went back into circulation. I had been refunded the full amount for the "large" returned mismatched pair long ago. When I realized the mistake, I called them, told them how stupid, careless, and sorry I was and offered to send the Left Large glove back hoping they would have the mismatched pair and they could send the right medium glove. They had JUST sent them back to the manufacturer, after having recently discovered it. They allowed me to RETURN the mismatched gloves, PAID FOR SHIPPING, AND issued me a store credit for the full amount of the gloves to exchange for another pair, since these had gone on sale and were sold out. Revzilla must know they have a customer for LIFE!

Ordered, got charged, items never shipped and no response from Revzilla

I've ordered twice from them before with no issue. Their prices were average and shipping speed was okay, I only used them because they had a nice taxonomy and was able to show me only parts that would fit my bike.

My most recent experience with them was horrible, and I wish I had checked their latest reviews before I placed the order. In short, order placed on 4/9, got an automated email from them on 4/14 saying they'd be slow to ship and slow to respond to emails because of order volume. 4/22 still "Order Processed" but no shipment (btw they charged my credit card already), Emailed them on 4/22,4/23, contacted their customer service live chat on 4/22 who agreed that the shipping speed was unacceptable and promised she would follow up.

I am now stuck with a credit card bill and still waiting for Revzilla to fulfill my order or at least give me an update of what's going on.

Terrible order tracking, fulfillment and service

Ordered a jacket and pants (which they showed in stock). Jacket was canceled because they realized they didn't actually have it. Then the rest of the order was just ignored. After waiting a week I emailed and called several times; finally getting through - was told they would figure out what's happening with the order and email me. Email didn't come so I just canceled. This has been a real pain and a waste of time. I also noticed that Cyclegear mirrors Revzilla's inventory so is this the same org? I'll avoid both just to reduce the headache and wasted time.

Revzilla didn't honor warranty. They didn't even respond to message about defective product.

I've been a good Revzilla customer and I've been satisfied with them until now. I purchased a Yuasa battery from them last spring (March of 2020). It was OK last riding season. I plug it into a Optimate 6 "smart" charger/maintainer whenever I'm not riding. I took the battery in for the winter (I live in northern Illinois) and kept it on the Optimate 6 all winter as I've always done in the past. I got the bike out to ready it for the new year and it started the bike the first time and I took a short ride. But the next time I went to start the bike, it would barely crank. I checked voltage with a Fluke meter and it was low. The Optimate 6 indicated that the battery was bad after running it though all it's tests and charging cycles. To confirm that, I tested it with a digital battery tester which said (after full charging) that the battery was bad and must be replaced. Voltage was 12.3 (should be 12.6 or higher) State of Charge was very low and State of Health was very low. I also tested it with a carbon pile tester which confirmed those tests. The battery is bad. It went bad in less than one year although I didn't know that until a couple weeks after the 1 year date from when I purchased the battery. I found that the battery was bad when getting the bike ready for the new year. Yuasa has a one year warranty on the battery but their policy is that all warranty claims must go though the retailer (Revzilla in this case) or their distributor. I contacted Revzilla and explained the problem though their customer service link on their website. Revzilla never bothered to respond to my issue. They didn't even acknowledge receiving it even though it said it was sent when I submitted it. This leaves me with a negative feeling about Revzilla and I will be very hesitant to deal with them in the future. This was the first time I contacted them about a warranty claim or other similar issue and they completely failed to even respond effectively leaving me holding the bag. Does anything think I will buy another battery from Revilla in the future? I'll be hesitant to order anything in fact. That's a shame because I though Revzilla was reputable.

Top Notch Company

Love these guys. I've spent at least $1,000 on gear from them and have never been disappointed. They sell gear you can't find anywhere else, and when you do, they're competitively priced. They ship immediately and you get your gear FAST. I've tried doing business with a couple other online stores that were similarly themed, and they SUCKED. Revzilla's the BOMB.
One time I ordered a helmet that didn't suit me, I returned it and they immediately refunded my money, no hassles (and I turned right back around and spent more on another helmet, which I'm still really happy with!).
I really appreciate their product review videos, which are brief but to the point, and sufficiently in-depth for me to make purchase decisions. I've watched every video they've offered for every product I've been interested in, some of them several times.
They kick back Revzilla Buck$ when you buy certain products, which has saved me significant cash.
I have no complaints about these guys at all. Hands down: FIVE BIG ASS STARS.

Revzilla is the worst

Revzilla is the worst, they profile you based on your country and ethnicity and decide if they sell you or not! What a horrible company. And what a terrible experience, not only while trying to purchase but with costumer experience. Joseph C. Is a condesendent person. People like him should be working on costumer service or satisfaction.

Revzilla is super slow to ship

Revzilla is super slow to ship, prices are not that good and their selection should be way better than it is. I'll be doing my parts and accessories shopping elsewhere.

I use them ALL the time

I use them ALL the time. I have had nothing but a great experience. They have always been pretty quick with the delivery of my items...and I have ordered quite a bit of stuff from them, from several helmets, to exhaust systems, without issue. I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. I guess I've been fortunate.

BE AWARE

BE AWARE! They charge for returns! Although they say "Free Return", it is not true. They will charge you for the shipping label. Do not buy from them, you will be charged!
